Nesma United Industries was established under the name "Nesma Trading," starting with a team of 372 employees. NUI experienced remarkable growth, and by 2019, its workforce had expanded to +9,000 employees—a testament to the progression of an extraordinary success story.
The company rebranded from "Nesma Trading" to "Nesma United Industries", reflecting our continued commitment to our core values and ambitious vision for the future, with the goal of redefining local industry.

The workforce surpassed 10,000 employees, launching a joint venture between Nesma United Industries and Al Moayyed Group, and attaining equity investments from Dallah Al Baraka Holding Company and Kun Investment Holding Company.

Historical Sequence:

1989 + 2003

The establishment of Pannesma Company Limited and commencement of Facilities Management (FMD) and Catering (ICD) divisions as internal services to support Nesma’s operations.
The founding of Nesma Trading and the launch of Nesma Technical Systems (TSD), laying the groundwork for NUI’s expansion.

2004

2009

The establishment of Nesma Industrial Services (NIS) to expand into the oil and gas sector in the Middle East, and acquiring Spacemaker to provide modular construction services.
The launch of Nesma Landscaping division (LSD), a partnership with LavaJet, and achieving First-Class Contractor status in recognition of quality and expertise.

2016

2017

Nesma Trading achieved its first ISO certification, and established Nesma Travel and Tourism and Nesma UniTrade to diversify its services and strengthen its market presence.
The establishment of Nesma AlSahra specializing in woodworking through its dedicated manufacturing factory.

2018

2020

The establishment of Nesma Esports (NES) to lead in gaming and e-sports, as well as Nesma Agriculture within the landscape division.
The rebranding of Nesma Trading to Nesma United Industries (NUI) to reflect its expanded scope of services and operations, while aligning with sector developments.

The establishment of Nesma Businesses and its subsidiaries: 1. Nesma Industrial Services * 2. UniTrade * 3. LavaJet * 4. NES * 5. WPE * 6. Nesma Travel and Tourism
