We share their expectations for excellent return on their investments and transparency. Corporate governance is the pillar that shapes how we work towards realizing our vision and commitment to addressing stakeholders’ concerns. Our strategic road map is based on an in-depth analysis of the current situation and suitable corporate business structures to sustain our activities. It also projects our path for the future. Over the years, our evolution has followed a planned timetable.

Internally, we benefit from valuable input through a properly structured board of directors and effective management meetings.
